“We are slightly down on …last year” The real data. Who Dares I “Should” Win lost A LOT of people in 2026

Many people by now know that the Tomlinsons will spin anything to make them and their one loft race look good and better than it is.

Finally after the loft closed the entries went live. After people asking how many pigeons were entered people eagerly awaited with anticipation. (Unlike other OLRs you have to wait until Tomlinson decided to be transparent about the amount of entries. Only when he decides to participants get to know how many pigeons got entered.

That day has now come and 218 “people” have entered 1416 pigeons in 2026. Although, as usual with this man, things are not quite as they may look. 104 of those pigeons are WDW Venture pigeons.

Tomlinson posted:

“we are slightly down on last year which does not surprise me.”…. lol

slightly down my ass.. the numbers don’t lie, no matter how he may try and spin things. the race entries are way down. Finally people have realised what this man, his family and his race is really like.

These are the REAL numbers;

The amount of people that are not participating this year compared to last is huge.

If you are interested to know exactly how bad its been for his entries, whos not come back, whos new and much more you can view a full report here . (Don’t you just love AI and 15 minutes.)

So now every now has to wait to know exactly what prize money the participants are racing for.

Still, 3 days after the entries closed Tomlinson still hasn’t publicly said what the prize fund is.

Most One loft races state from the very beginning, “If we get XYZ entires the prize money will be this, if we get that number the prize money will be XYZ amount.” You know, the truly transparent people who run races. As you would expect. But no. not Tomlinson, he seems to get away without having to say anything about prize money. Why should he. he’s the master…….

So let’s run the numbers:

Numbers 1 – 1312 Pigeons (not including Venture pigeons) = Approx £196,000 in the bank

Numbers 2 – 1416 Pigeons Total (once Venture pigeons are sold) – Approx £212,400

(Why approximatley, well Tomlinson will shout as much as he can about how charitable he and his family are so afew of those pigeons will be charity entries.) Anyway you get the idea.

Between £196,000 – £212,400 in the bank.

So, let’s see how generous the Tomlinson family are going to be with the prize money offered in 2026. I’m sure participants who’ve paid good money to be in it can’t wait to know how much they are actually racing for.

(Based on other really great UK OLRs payouts, you would expect the total prize money to be atleast £95,000, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.)

The tide has turned, finally, people realise what Tomlinson and Who Dares Wins One Loft Race is really like. It took a few years, but eventually people have figured him out.
