£621,000 paid out in 4 years. this is the new “fact” and claim Tommo is spouting out over social media in an effort to push his race. However, as we know by now you can’t believe a word the bullshit con artist says.. In this case Tommo has chosen to include all pools money paid out over the last 4 years to make the numbers look much better. His payouts of ACTUAL PRIZE money are not that great, so lump in the pools money and it makes it look better… So it could be aruged this is again, another case of false advertising.
Next, he is making a big deal of being the only OLR which is “fully affiliated to the RPRA” no one in one loft racing really knows what this means? We are baffled by the claim. The next BIG claim is that he is the only UK OLR fully affiliated to the FCI.
This is where the bullshit really starts to fly.. Yes, he is the only UK OLR registred with the FCI..
But… He was also affiliated to the FCI 4-5 years ago.. And he was the only OLR in the history of the FCI to ever resign from the FCI.. ever… why you may ask?
Why would a OLR who has only registered with the FCI just 12 months previous resign from the FCI? to then 3 years later come back?
The FCI have very strict guidlines. One of them being that atleast 25% of the total entry of pigeons should be sent to the final, the year Tommo resigned that didn’t happen. Maybe that was the reason? Who know how this mans mind works. We know one thing though, the year he was previously registered with the FCI he flouted so many of the FCI regulations. No FCI registered representative present for the final, no FCI basket seals etc etc.
So now he is with the FCI again, what does it really mean? Well, not much really. It certainly doesnt build any much needed trust of the man in charge.
He bangs on about being “value for money” well, the reality is WDW is one of the least value for money OLRs around. the numbers don’t lie. Add up the amount of entry fees with the pay outs. the percetnages are much lower than other OLRs. This is why he is doing what ever he can to make sure he gets as many birds in as he can. He’s no longer trusted as he perhaps was previously. He certainly cannot fill the race in 3 days. The reality is, despite what some of his fans say, there are much better one loft races to compete in, run by people who actually care and are not just bullying, money grabbing liars.
Do your own research, run the numbers yourself, but please, don’t be baffled by the bullshit and lies.
